• Create and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO
• Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue
• Manage reservations and guest relations, including messages, check-ins, and disputes
• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays
• Prospect for new property owners who want to delegate the management of their properties
• Manage operations through the ALB platform and receive property-owner leads in your area
• If desired, recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
