Rate Maintenance Specialist, Freight Audit

• Conduct detailed analyses of transportation costs to optimize global freight management strategies.
• Set up freight contracts and maintain complete, accurate rate maintenance documentation in the database system.
• Interact directly with customers to efficiently resolve freight rate issues and discrepancies.
• Work closely with various internal teams on transportation agreement-related inquiries and processes.

• English proficiency at a minimum B2 to C1 (upper-intermediate) level, with excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt easily to different cultures.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when performing complex tasks under deadline pressure.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to learn quickly.
• Previous experience working with JIRA or equivalent task management tools would be a bonus.
