Inside Sales Representative

• Convert pre-qualified leads into new customers and existing clients into repeat business
• Answer and manage inbound and outbound sales calls
• Qualify calls, build rapport, determine sales needs, and provide information on company products and services
• Achieve conversion, booking-rate, monthly-revenue, and other performance goals
• Sell residential pest control and related services according to standard operating procedures
• Create service accounts for new customers
• Collect credit card information for auto-pay on all new accounts sold
• Schedule inspections and quality-control visits for sales inspectors and technicians
• Navigate multiple programs, enter data in real time, place orders, and search existing accounts
• Meet Monthly Development Plan goals
• Enter lead information accurately into databases
• Provide current customers with top-of-the-line assistance under the one-call resolution guarantee

• Previous inside sales experience is required
• Strong high-speed Wi-Fi
• Good microphone/headset
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM with 90% accuracy; typing test required
• Entry-level knowledge/skill proficiency with Google Suite, including Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
• Ability to calculate basic math
• Exceptional English language proficiency with precise pronunciation and highly effective conversational skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
• Availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EDT/EST, including a 1-hour unpaid lunch break
• Availability for a rotating half-day Saturday shift, approximately once monthly or more as needed
• Applicants must submit a 2–3 minute video recording or video link speaking in English
• Must participate in the interview process and complete required screening/typing tests
