Consultant – Professional Services Consultant

• Lead end-to-end integration projects and ensure the successful delivery of services by partner integrators
• Define the roadmap and issue delivery work orders to partner integrators
• Manage project execution and ensure overall project governance, including schedule, budget, scope, and risks
• Deliver assigned projects, including parameterization, configuration, and implementation
• Act as the business and technical subject-matter expert for Retail ERP/POS solutions
• Translate end-customer requirements and ensure compliance with the target architecture
• Validate the compliance of developments and configurations before delivery to the customer
• Ensure the long-term sustainability and availability of deployed solutions
• Integrate artificial intelligence tools for impact analysis, specifications, configuration control, testing, documentation, and request handling
• Identify automatable tasks and contribute to the industrialization of delivery processes and future partners
• Travel frequently to customer sites, approximately 50% of the time

• Engineering degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science
• At least two years of experience managing or leading small-scale IT projects and providing techno-functional consulting, ideally in the professional services field
• Experience working for a software publisher, IT services company, or systems integrator
• Experience in the Retail sector is a plus
• Autonomy and adaptability
• Ability to manage a project from A to Z, set expectations for subcontractors or integrators, resolve deviations, and maintain project scope
• Strong understanding of Retail business processes, ERP systems, and POS solutions
• Previous development experience or a strong development/integration background in a Java environment
• Professional proficiency in English
• Leadership, rigor, excellent listening skills, a strong service-oriented mindset, and the ability to work as part of a team
• Frequent travel to customer sites, approximately 50% of the time
