Functional Consultant, ECM Business Analyst

• Conduct current-state and business needs analyses
• Benchmark solutions and organizational models
• Develop scoring matrices for RFIs/RFPs
• Participate in presentations, evaluate proposals, present findings, and support decision-making
• Draft functional deliverables
• Coordinate project stakeholders
• Support user acceptance testing
• Monitor production services
• Track and analyze incidents
• Manage continuous improvements and enhancements
• Work on ECM consulting, functional scoping, project support, and production management initiatives
• Monitor the production of incoming-mail digitization services provided by external vendors
• Assess opportunities to optimize the processing of undeliverable mail (PND)

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or from a leading business school
• 3–5 years of experience in consulting and project support roles
• Hands-on ECM experience is required in one or more of the following areas: digitization, document management, electronic archiving, electronic signature, or document composition and publishing
• Strong listening and synthesis skills
• Ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders
• Functional rigor and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and summarization skills
• Service-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively
• A technical background is a valued asset, enabling a better understanding of IT environments and effective communication with technical teams
