Automation Analyst

• Analyze robots in Automation Anywhere and migrate them to Power Automate
• Develop and test robots in Power Automate
• Support user acceptance testing with business teams and ensure post-implementation stability
• Prepare and update SDDs for developed or migrated robots
• Participate in client meetings to understand requirements
• Collaborate with the team by sharing risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities

• Experience with Power Automate and Automation Anywhere
• Experience with Python development
• Experience migrating automations between RPA platforms, especially from Automation Anywhere to Power Automate
• Knowledge of the automation lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Knowledge of exception handling, logging, and best practices for robot resilience
• Ability to create and maintain SDDs (Solution Design Documents) according to technical standards
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
• Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional certification
