Talent Solutions Partner

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy briefing and sourcing to interviews, offers, and placements
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, agree recruitment strategies, and provide regular updates
• Proactively source, engage, screen, and assess candidates using multiple recruitment channels
• Manage multiple vacancies across different clients, roles, and locations while maintaining quality and delivery timelines
• Collaborate with specialist Sourcing Teams and agency partners to build strong talent pipelines
• Share market insights on talent availability, salary expectations, and hiring challenges
• Ensure accurate recruitment records, positive candidate experience, and continuous improvement in delivery

• Experience in agency recruitment, multi-client recruitment, or end-to-end Talent Acquisition
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities
• Strong direct sourcing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building abilities
• Proactive, service-oriented mindset with ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
