Client Success Associate

• Help build client trust and loyalty by learning clients' business objectives and supporting Client Success Managers in aligning CertifyOS solutions to client goals
• Serve as a first point of contact for day-to-day client questions, providing timely responses and escalating complex issues as needed
• Assist with client initiatives by tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables
• Monitor client health indicators, flag at-risk accounts, and help implement retention strategies
• Develop strong working knowledge of CertifyOS's platform to help clients navigate features and answer common questions
• Collect and organize client feedback and share insights with Client Success, product, and development teams
• Help prepare and deliver training sessions, webinars, and support materials
• Gather, maintain, and report operational and performance metrics and support client-facing updates
• Collaborate with sales, implementation, operations, and product teams to support a seamless client journey and timely issue resolution

• 1+ years of experience in client success, customer support, account coordination, or a related role
• Internship experience or a strong interest in health tech and SaaS will be considered
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to track multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
• Ability to support multiple accounts while helping deliver a positive client experience
• Comfort working with data and basic analytics tools such as Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in developing client-facing and presentation abilities
• Collaborative, team-first attitude and eagerness to work across cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Legally authorized to work in the country where the role is based
• Comfortable working eastern hours: 5:00 PM IST to 3:00 AM IST
