Commercial Area Manager – France, Spain – Pool Solutions

• Lead and drive growth for the Pool Treatment and Maintenance division (Pool Solutions)
• Expand commercial presence across southwestern France and northwestern Spain
• Prospect for new opportunities and win additional market share
• Manage and retain the network of distributors, specialist pool retailers, and mass-market distribution outlets
• Develop and execute a sector-specific commercial action plan
• Maintain B2B relationships and negotiate with store managers of major retail chains
• Collaborate with distributors’ sales teams, particularly in Spain, and conduct joint customer visits
• Plan and deliver annual safety and TRC compliance training at points of sale
• Report any EHS incident within 12 hours
• Prepare sales forecasts and plan optimized travel routes
• Use CRM tools to track interactions and sales activity
• Represent Solenis at trade shows, industry events, and key customer meetings

• At least 5 years of successful field sales experience, including management of a large geographic territory
• Experience in the pool industry or with distribution networks, specialist retailers, and B2C/B2B channels is preferred
• French: native or fluent proficiency (required)
• English: fluent professional proficiency (required), with the ability to conduct interviews and work in English on a daily basis
• Spanish: conversational to fluent proficiency preferred
• Must reside within the territory covered, ideally in southwestern France or northwestern Spain
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on new account development
• Strong negotiation skills and strategic vision
• Self-motivated with excellent teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to travel frequently by road
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
• Ability to handle displays or equipment and lift loads of up to 25 kg
