Technical Support Engineer

Sobre el puesto

• Monitor and perform initial diagnosis of infrastructure problems
• Respond to alerts independently or with the duty DevOps engineer for the responsible team
• Create new and improve existing monitoring rules
• Perform basic DevOps tasks
• Document monitoring, alerts, diagnoses, and DevOps work
• Participate in on-duty shifts one week per month

• 1+ years of experience as a Technical Support
• Knowledge of Linux, AWS, Docker, CI/CD, monitoring and version control systems
• Willingness to learn Linux, AWS, Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Prometheus and Grafana
• Readiness to work on-duty shifts
• B2+ English
• Fluency in Ukrainian
