Senior Technical Project Manager

• Drive technical projects covering system decommissioning, infrastructure, and data/application migrations
• Track risks, issues, and mitigation actions across the project lifecycle
• Coordinate dependencies among infrastructure, application, security, data, and vendor workstreams
• Maintain compliant project documentation and ensure seamless handover to operations
• Engage business owners, IT leads, and vendors
• Provide concise status reports to senior stakeholders
• Develop cut-over and rollback plans
• Manage UAT, post-migration validation, and hypercare

• 5+ years managing complex IT infrastructure and application projects in large enterprises
• Strong grasp of integration dependencies and change management principles
• Familiarity with ITIL, service transition, or equivalent frameworks
• Proven ability to align cross-functional teams and manage vendor deliverables
• Fluent English; clear written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in insurance or other regulated financial environments (nice to have)
• Upper-intermediate English
