Software Engineer

• Build scalable, fast, and visually engaging cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using Flutter and Dart
• Develop smooth cross-platform UI components
• Integrate mobile applications with backend APIs and manage local data
• Write clean, readable, and maintainable code
• Write unit, widget, and integration tests
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend teams, and senior engineers in an Agile framework
• Participate in stand-ups, sprint planning, code reviews, and pair programming
• Debug and optimize application performance across devices and screen sizes
• Influence technical decisions and deliver features impacting healthcare practices and their patients

• 2–3 years of professional mobile development experience focusing on Flutter and Dart
• Strong grasp of Riverpod, BLoC, Provider, or similar state management solutions
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs
• Experience using local databases such as SQLite or Hive
• Proficiency with Git, pull requests, code reviews, and ticketing systems
• Keen eye for UI/UX details, animations, and responsive design
• Strong communication skills for a collaborative, remote-first team
• Native iOS development with Swift or Android development with Kotlin is a major plus
• Basic familiarity with mobile application internals and app lifecycles
• Understanding of mobile app architecture concepts
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow
• Awareness of mobile industry trends
• Awareness of developer productivity and AI development tools
• Experience with Flutter framework and idiomatic Dart, Swift, or Kotlin
• Experience with Sentry, SQLite/Hive, Firebase, GitHub, or similar tools
• Experience with performance benchmarking and tuning
• Understanding of mobile systems deployment, monitoring, and production operations
• Successful completion of a background check
