• Develop and maintain sophisticated rolling forecasts
• Lead the annual bottom-up budgeting process
• Create what-if models and advanced scenarios for market volatility, product launches, and potential M&A activity
• Execute variance reporting by analyzing monthly actuals against budget and forecast
• Establish and monitor KPIs including CAC, LTV, Churn Rate, and EBITDA margins
• Collaborate with department leadership to identify cost optimization opportunities
• Leverage AI-driven methodologies for predictive trend analysis
• Streamline recurring reporting workflows via advanced Excel automation
• Architect and manage dynamic dashboards
• Serve as ERP steward by executing advanced SQL queries across enterprise systems
• Work with accounting to review expenses and monthly accrual estimates
• Maintain and update the monthly close calendar and prepaid/accrual schedules
• Collaborate with business partners to capture late-breaking cost and revenue items before hard close
• Track and report accrual-to-actual true-ups and refine estimates
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required
• MBA or professional certification (CFA/CPA) is highly desirable
• 4+ years of progressive, hands-on experience within a corporate FP&A environment
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel, including VBA and Power Query
• Proven track record of applying financial modeling best practices
• Strong command of modern data stacks for predictive financial data science
