Customer Success Manager

• Maintain post-sales relationships with stakeholders at all levels within customer organizations
• Lead deployment, adoption, and expansion while monitoring progress, tracking milestones, and adhering to deployment timelines
• Align product capabilities with customer objectives; educate and train stakeholders on product features and best practices
• Design automated workflows improving manual AppSec and vulnerability-management processes, documenting current workflows and identifying automation opportunities
• Advocate for customer needs internally and manage bug reports and feature requests
• Develop and implement customer success strategies supporting satisfaction, retention, and growth
• Facilitate onboarding, define success criteria, coordinate internal teams, and track deployment
• Build relationships with C-level executives and practitioners while providing cybersecurity and platform expertise
• Monitor data hygiene, customer health, satisfaction, product usage, feedback, and recovery plans for at-risk accounts
• Coordinate onsite customer visits and identify expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities with Sales
• Manage renewals and drive platform adoption and usage
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Support Engineers, Support, and Engineering to meet success criteria, SLAs, and CSAT goals
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, automate processes, and improve operational efficiency
• Review, validate, refine, prioritize, and escalate customer feature requests
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and iterate customer value
• A total of 5-8 years of experience in a Customer Success Role within security SaaS companies
• Strong knowledge in the AppSec and vulnerability management domain
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, particularly application security and vulnerability management tools (e.g., SAST, DAST, SCA, Cloud Security tools, Qualys, Tenable, Veracode, etc.)
• A good understanding of developer and DevOps ecosystems and practices
• Solid verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong sales acumen
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, both domestically and occasionally internationally
• Certification in Project Management and Cybersecurity, like PMP, CISM, CISSP, or OSCP, are advantageous
