Product Owner

• Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned with customer needs and business objectives
• Define, refine, and communicate product requirements through user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation
• Serve as the primary point of contact for development teams on product scope, priorities, and business context
• Gather, analyze, and validate requirements from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Review completed features and confirm acceptance criteria before release
• Collaborate with Customer Care, Engineering, Professional Services, and Product Management teams to remove blockers and support delivery
• Contribute to roadmap planning by translating market trends, customer feedback, and business priorities into product initiatives
• Help teams understand what should be built, why it matters, and how it fits into the broader product strategy

• Around 5 years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar product-focused role
• Experience working closely with Agile software development teams
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into clear user stories and actionable development scope
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize effectively and balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical considerations
• A collaborative mindset and passion for delivering customer value
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Nice to have: Experience in Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Energy, Manufacturing, EHS, Process Safety, or other hazardous industries
• Nice to have: Experience working with risk management, safety, compliance, or operational excellence solutions
• Nice to have: Familiarity with AI-powered software products and modern AI-driven development practices
