Global Junior Technical Training Specialist

• Support the Training team in preparing and maintaining core training courses related to medical devices, MDR/IVDR/ISO13485/MDSAP
• Convert raw training material into e-learning modules
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to ensure content effectiveness and defined learning outcomes
• Provide routine administration support to the competence and training team
• Manage training certificates, enrolments, and training record uploads into CAPCAP
• Collaborate with CV reviewers
• Assist with peer reviews and marking assessments for trainee exercises, including Technical File mirror review
• Support scheduling of CPD, webinars, workshops, Team Calibration, and peer-review activities
• Track progression and qualification status of new trainees
• Maintain current, in-depth knowledge of relevant medical device regulations
• Ensure training materials and delivery methods comply with EU MDR/IVDR/ISO13485/MDSAP requirements

• Fluent in English
• Ability to effectively impart knowledge and support the learning process
• Proficiency in online and face-to-face training methodologies
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly
• Prioritising the needs and expectations of internal stakeholders
• Ability to manage projects and collaborate within a team environment
• Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders
• Experience in the field of medical devices gained in the IVD/MD industry
• Proven experience in progressively training technical skills, preferably within multinational organizations, using online and face-to-face methodologies
• Ability to set priorities and work with minimum supervision
• Bachelor level education, preferably in engineering, science, or research-based subjects or modules
• Valid work permit in the candidate's country of residence
