Project Manager

• Drive end-to-end delivery of global Finance Technology programs
• Oversee integrated project plans, milestones, RAID logs, budgets, and governance frameworks
• Lead executive steering committee meetings and deliver status reporting
• Manage change requests and partner with senior Finance stakeholders to define business readiness and success metrics
• Align global business, technology, system integrator, and vendor teams across multiple geographies
• Collaborate with European stakeholders
• Work with SAP functional, integration, and data teams to align technical solution designs with business requirements and regulatory standards
• Direct testing execution, cutover planning, training delivery, deployment, hypercare, and operational stabilization
• Ensure program activities adhere to internal controls, audit standards, and global regulatory mandates

• 7+ years of progressive experience leading large-scale, complex technology implementations globally
• Proven experience leading Finance Technology / ERP-related software implementations
• Master's Degree / MBA in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or Project Management preferred
• PMP certification strongly preferred
• PRINCE2, Agile, or SAFe certifications are a strong plus
• Experience working with European consulting and implementation partners is advantageous
• High proficiency in modern project management toolsets, e.g. Smartsheet
• Hands-on experience with cutover, hypercare planning, and cross-functional dependency management
• Exposure to or functional awareness of modern Tax Engine capabilities, such as Vertex, Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE, Avalara, or SAP native features
