Partner Billing Specialist

• Oversee execution and stewardship of partner-related billings
• Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payments and invoicing across Insurance, Strategic, Franchise, and Networks partner programs
• Manage and forecast Purchase Order (PO) requisitions and drive approval processes to ensure compliance and prevent payment delays
• Coordinate with external partners to resolve billing inquiries and ensure alignment
• Write and execute SQL queries on Snowflake to maintain Partnerships-related charges from Finance, Product, and Quote to Cash tables in Google Sheets
• Work with the Partnerships Operations Manager to maintain data accuracy and ensure reliable reporting
• Financially onboard new partners into the Motive ecosystem across key tools
• Define payout logic and maintain trackers for transparent and accurate revenue shares and payouts
• Serve as a key individual contributor supporting the financial health of Motive's partnerships

• 4-6 years of professional experience in Operations, Business Administration, Partnerships, or a related analytical field
• Experience in Billing, Finance Operations, Partner Operations, or Accounts Payable/Receivable is highly preferred
• Experience in, or strong willingness to learn, SQL and new AI tools is required
• Ability to write and execute basic SQL queries to manage datasets across different business systems; SQL training can be provided if needed
• Strong accountability for individual and team goals
• Highly organized, self-sufficient, and comfortable managing complex PO requisitions, forecasting, and cross-departmental approval workflows with minimal hand-holding
• Ability to make sound decisions independently and navigate ambiguity
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to translate operational or financial requirements into clear action items for external partners and internal stakeholders
• Strong capability in data stewardship, tracking complex logic, and using tools such as Google Sheets/Excel to maintain accuracy
• Must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations
