Content Ingestion Assistant

• Start and monitor live captures of streaming-platform content
• Respond to alerts and fix player, VPN, or buffering problems using internal guidelines
• Capture on-demand and long-form recordings
• Edit video when necessary
• Run quality checks against established rules
• Ingest checked content into Samba's database
• Work with Samba web applications, remote machines, and spreadsheets
• Participate in a process consisting of a Talent call, conversation with Roberto, and final culture round

• English you can work in every day; it is the one hard requirement
• Comfortable with computers, remote machines, spreadsheets, and learning new web tools quickly
• Real office or data-entry experience with repetitive, detail-heavy work
• Experience working remotely and staying on task independently
• Reliable availability on nights and weekends, with Saturday and Sunday as the priority
• Content management or media operations experience (bonus)
• High-volume data entry experience (bonus)
• Basic video editing skills (bonus)
• Troubleshooting streams, VPNs, or recording tools (bonus)
• Previous night-shift or follow-the-sun work (bonus)
• Must be comfortable working weekend nights and independently at approximately 4 a.m. on Sundays
