Managing Consultant – IT Operations, IT Service Management

• Advise clients at management and C-level on improving the performance and future readiness of their IT
• Analyze and assess IT organizations, including IT infrastructure, operations, and IT service management
• Optimize processes and define clear responsibilities to ensure effective and efficient IT operations delivery
• Provide professional leadership to consultants and support their professional development

• University degree
• At least five years of relevant project and consulting experience in IT operations or IT service management
• Experience in a leadership role is preferred
• Strong understanding of ITIL and other relevant frameworks
• Experience managing complex IT organizations
• Strong strategic thinking skills
• Ability to analyze complex interdependencies and derive practical recommendations for action
• High degree of ownership and accountability
• Structured approach to work
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Business-fluent German
