Inside Sales Analyst, Mid-Level

• Conduct demonstration meetings for Asaas solutions, connecting customer pain points to product capabilities
• Analyze operational and financial scenarios for leads across various industries to propose tailored solutions
• Focus on perceived value to overcome technical challenges, such as integrations, and commercial challenges, such as long-term plans
• Maintain rigorous CRM organization, ensuring prompt follow-ups and up-to-date data for close forecasting
• Serve as a reference on the Asaas ecosystem throughout the sales cycle
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Customer Experience (CX), Credit, CCF, and other teams to ensure an efficient and aligned handoff between teams

• Solid experience in consultative inside sales, managing sales funnels and individual targets
• Practical proficiency in SPIN Selling, SPICED, the Jolt Effect, and the strategic application of psychological triggers
• Familiarity with pipeline management tools, preferably HubSpot, with the discipline to record activities and manage performance indicators
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data organization and results analysis
• Experience in the payments market, including acquirers, sub-acquirers, digital accounts, or financial services
• Preferred: active contribution to sales process improvement projects, such as Sales Operations or Sales Enablement initiatives
• Preferred: relevant courses from HubSpot Academy, Rock Content, Reev, or Meetime
• Preferred: experience in the payments industry
• 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday
