Analyst II

• Deliver expert analytical support to global manufacturing, quality, and innovation teams
• Interpret GC and GC-MS data to drive quality and material disposition decisions
• Investigate quality deviations, OOS results, and customer complaints to minimize risk
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve technical and quality challenges
• Support continuous improvement and digital initiatives that enhance operational efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biotechnology, Food Science, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in analytical laboratories, quality, or chromatography-based roles
• Hands-on experience with GC and/or GC-MS instrumentation and data interpretation
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and root-cause investigation skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across global teams
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, Power Automate, or similar analytics tools
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, trend monitoring, and data-driven decision-making
• Experience building dashboards, KPI reports, or automated reporting solutions
• Exposure to laboratory informatics, digital transformation, or automation projects
• Background in flavors, fragrances, food, pharmaceutical, or specialty chemical industries
