Senior Operations and Compliance Analyst

• Perform continuous operational monitoring of Tag IMF participants.
• Ensure the delivery and tracking of atypical activity notifications (CSOs).
• Monitor response SLAs.
• Support the preparation of documentation for regulatory and dispute processes.
• Conduct the triage and initial handling of manual regulatory monitoring alerts (INCs and PRBs).
• Send standard notifications to participants regarding missing UR records, settlement failures, schedule reconciliation, and repeat-offense notices.
• Track dispute response deadlines, maintain the spreadsheet of sent CSOs, and record the justifications received.
• Organize analyses, create tracking views, and manage large datasets related to customers’ operational monitoring.
• Collect, organize, and archive evidence for inspection, penalty, and OFP investigation case files.
• Update dashboards in Trello and Google Sheets, as well as tickets in ServiceNow/Taghub.

• Microsoft Office / Google Sheets (Intermediate): Proficiency in control spreadsheets, filters, and the organization of operational databases.
• Previous experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, TopDesk, Jira, or Zendesk.
• Experience with Slack or Microsoft Teams.
• Experience with Trello.
• Strong attention to detail, rigorous deadline management, and the ability to track operational routines without compromising quality.
• Preferred: Familiarity with the payments market and Central Bank of Brazil regulations (BCB Resolutions No. 264 and 304).
• Preferred: Knowledge of Looker Studio, Datadog, or Power BI.
