ELO ECM Consultant – All Genders

• Design processes and develop customized solutions in close collaboration with customers
• Advise customers and support them in using ELO ECM
• Conduct training sessions and user onboarding
• Install and implement ELO and add-ons
• Plan and organize projects to ensure the successful delivery of customer projects
• Travel to customer sites to provide optimal solutions

• Several years of experience with ELO ECM
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics in a way that is appropriate for the target audience
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Enthusiasm for new topics and technologies, along with the ability to quickly learn new areas of responsibility
• Customer focus, team spirit, and a professional demeanor
• Strong willingness to learn and a proactive approach
• Good command of German
• Basic command of English
• Willingness to travel to customer sites
