Content Acquisition Manager – AVOD, FAST

• Execute the content acquisition and FAST channel carriage strategy
• Build a diverse and compelling content slate aligned with audience and business objectives
• Manage the full lifecycle of content licensing and FAST channel carriage agreements
• Negotiate with major studios, distributors, rights holders, and third-party FAST channel providers
• Identify and onboard locally relevant FAST channels and rightsholder distributors in the DACH market and potentially other territories
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners and accounts
• Liaise with Legal, Finance, BI, Programming, Marketing, Media Sales, and Operations
• Ensure deals are implemented accurately and obligations and goals are met
• Oversee content agreements covering title configurations, release windows, territories, languages, and rights exploitation

• Proven experience in content licensing, acquisition, or distribution, ideally within AVOD and/or FAST environments
• Strong understanding of the content landscape, including library and recent content, audience appeal, market trends, and AVOD/FAST performance
• Strong negotiation and deal management skills
• Experience managing complex rights and/or carriage agreements across multiple territories
• Excellent account management and relationship-building abilities with studios, distributors, and content partners
• Highly organized and proactive, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset
• Fluent English and German are mandatory
• Spanish, Italian or other European languages are a strong plus
• Preferably based in Germany; candidates based in Barcelona, Spain will also be considered
