SAP SuccessFactors Architect

• Lead SAP SuccessFactors / SAP HCM solution architecture across transformation programmes
• Develop and present HR solution blueprints, architecture designs, and technology recommendations
• Translate HR business requirements into scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions
• Advise clients on SAP SuccessFactors HCM capabilities, architecture, functionality, and integrations
• Identify key design decisions across business-led, SAP-enabled HR transformations
• Design and oversee integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and third-party enterprise systems
• Apply enterprise architecture principles and integration standards to solution design
• Support implementation strategy, solution governance, and technical decision-making
• Identify opportunities for automation and iRPA within HR processes
• Work with business and technical stakeholders to ensure solutions meet project objectives and quality standards
• Support pre-sales activities, proposals, solution shaping, and new SAP HCM opportunities
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to SAP consultants
• Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors releases, enhancements, features, and HCM technology trends
• Submit a professional profile/CV and participate in a 30-minute business alignment call
• Complete a direct client interview and project-specific technical assessment if required

• Extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM solution architecture
• Strong experience designing and implementing SAP HCM / HR transformation solutions
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC, particularly within HR environments
• Strong functional knowledge across Organisational Management (OM), Payroll, Employee Self-Service (ESS), Manager Self-Service (MSS), and HR Reporting
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors integrations
• Experience working with enterprise architecture principles and integration design
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience
• Experience leading onshore, nearshore, and offshore technical teams
• Strong advisory, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to operate effectively across strategic and detailed technical discussions
• Experience in financial services, healthcare, life sciences, retail, telecommunications, insurance, or agribusiness is nice to have
• Experience with SAP BTP and modern SAP integration technologies is nice to have
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications are nice to have
• Experience with automation / iRPA within HR processes is nice to have
• Strong experience supporting SAP transformation programmes across multiple countries is nice to have
• Ability to work within CET ± 3 hours
• Willingness to complete Castille Vetting, including background and compliance checks
