Technical Support Specialist – LED Lighting Controls, DMX/Pixel

• Take technical support calls and emails from North American electricians and installers
• Diagnose pixel data problems, DMX addressing, voltage drop, controller setup, and warranty issues
• Document fixes in knowledge base articles, checklists, and short videos
• Produce wiring diagrams and fixture layouts in AutoCAD from design lead markups
• Build costed bills of materials
• Work a fixed Monday–Friday support schedule during North American business hours

• 2+ years in technical support, field service or commissioning for LED lighting, lighting controls, AV or similar low-voltage electronics
• Working knowledge of DMX512 addressing and topology, SPI pixel basics, and low-voltage DC power (voltage drop, power injection, PSU sizing)
• AutoCAD, well enough to turn a markup into a clean electrical schematic
• Spoken English sufficient to run troubleshooting calls with electricians on job sites
• Daily use of AI tools in your work
• Full availability for the fixed shift (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Buenos Aires, Monday to Friday)

• Nice to have: hands-on experience with Advatek, Falcon, PixLite, ENTTEC, Pharos or Madrix; RMA or warranty processes; Elfsquad, Business Central or similar CPQ/ERP
