Information Security Specialist – SecOps, Cloud

• Operate and maintain security controls (Blue Team).
• Act as a generalist specialist supporting all Blue Team functions.
• Ensure the continuous operation of core security technologies.
• Maintain, administer, and enhance environment protection platforms.
• Ensure the stability, updating, and continuous improvement of security controls.
• Protect the organization’s cloud infrastructure.
• Define and monitor security controls in cloud environments.
• Implement and enhance monitoring and protection mechanisms for cloud workloads.
• Support CSPM initiatives and cloud threat detection and monitoring.
• Manage corporate network security controls.
• Ensure secure connectivity between environments.
• Implement and maintain network segmentation.
• Ensure perimeter defense through firewalls, traffic inspection, and access controls.
• Lead technology enhancement projects for environment protection.
• Implement new security solutions.
• Integrate security and automation tools.
• Develop and improve operational processes related to SecOps.
• Enhance security metrics and operational processes.
• Support the automation of detection and response activities.
• Contribute to reducing MTTD and MTTR.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of monitoring controls.
• Provide technical support to the CSIRT when necessary.
• Participate in incident investigation and resolution.
• Propose technical solutions to mitigate identified risks.
• Serve as a technical authority in critical situations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Networks, Information Security, or a related field.
• Experience administering and operating security tools (Blue Team/SecOps).
• Experience securing cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of network security, segmentation, firewalls, proxies, and perimeter controls.
• Experience with security monitoring, threat detection, and event investigation.
• Knowledge of system hardening, vulnerability management, and security controls.
• Experience implementing and maintaining corporate security controls.
• Knowledge of incident response processes and threat handling.
• Knowledge of enterprise security architecture.
• Ability to lead technology enhancement initiatives and continuously improve security controls.
• Knowledge of CSPM, CNAPP, NDR, XDR, EDR, SIEM, and SOAR.
• Container and Kubernetes security.
• Security automation using scripting (Python, PowerShell).
• Certifications such as AZ-500, AWS Security Specialty, SC-200, SC-300, CISSP, CCSP, GIAC, or Security+ are a plus.
• Experience in the financial or cooperative sector is a plus.
• Knowledge of BACEN regulations related to cybersecurity and risk management is a plus.
