Field Manager – Migraine
Sobre el puesto
• Lead the In-Field Team across Sweden and Denmark
• Maximize short- and long-term performance while placing the patient at the center of efforts
• Deliver patient access according to plan and relevant Brand KPIs to meet or exceed Account Plan objectives
• Lead commercial training of healthcare professionals to enable optimal brand use and patient outcomes
• Lead and supervise Clinical Specialists in identifying customers who benefit from technical product support
• Lead, develop, and coach Commercial In-Field Team performance
• Set sales targets and incentive schemes
• Manage Sales Force Management Systems and KPIs to improve country/district sales performance
• Maintain updates on Commercial Sales Team medical, technical, and special in-field knowledge
• Manage cross-functional cooperation and supervise multidisciplinary In-Field Teams, including Key Account Management
• Ensure strategic and tactical alignment between In-Field Team and Brand Team activities
• Facilitate timely and qualitative market intelligence flow between teams
• Monitor and consolidate regional engagement and Account Plan outcomes to optimize customer engagement and inform brand planning
• Identify, analyze, and present business or growth opportunities and improvement ideas
• Act as the connection between the Brand Team and In-Field Team
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and achieve win-win agreements
• Influence assigned key stakeholders, including high-prescribing physicians and wholesalers, to maximize brand performance
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Driver’s license
• Relevant business experience with a proven track record of success within biotech/pharma sales or sales management in at least one therapeutic area
• Proven track record of successful leadership, management, and coaching of cross-functional or functional individuals and teams
• Ability to build strong relationships with External Experts and other relevant stakeholders
• Ability to think and plan strategically, including work plans, activities, timetables, and targeting, while operating with execution excellence
• Excellent knowledge of selling techniques, account planning, and customer interaction models
• Ability to operate, lead, and facilitate effectively in a matrix organization/environment
• English language proficiency verbally and in writing
