Regional HR Partner Lead

• Lead the regional HR Partner organization across the Middle East
• Advise business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, engagement, and succession planning
• Execute HR processes, policies, and programs, including the Vanderlande Logistics integration
• Implement Vanderlande’s people strategy and global and regional HR initiatives across the region
• Lead organizational development and change management initiatives
• Execute talent, performance, rewards, mobility, engagement, DEI, health and wellbeing, and learning and development programs
• Ensure compliance with local labor legislation, regional employment practices, and company policies
• Manage complex employee relations and people-related matters
• Analyze workforce trends and metrics and provide people insights for business decisions
• Collaborate with regional HR teams, Global HRBPs, HR Functions, regional leadership teams, and global HR stakeholders
• Report to the global Head of Regional HR Global Services

• Significant HR leadership experience within an international environment
• Trusted advisor experience with senior leaders within a complex international organization
• Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset
• Experience working within Middle Eastern markets
• Proven knowledge of labor legislation and employment practices in the Middle East
• Proven experience leading and developing HR teams
• Experience in change management and driving organizational transformation
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Ability to work effectively across different cultures and organizational levels
• Effective communication across cultures and organizational levels
• Preferred: experience supporting large-scale business growth and transformation within multinational organizations
• Preferred: experience within technology, engineering, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial environments
