Senior UI/UX Product Designer

• Independently own product design
• Turn business and user needs into clear user journeys and interfaces
• Maintain design systems
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback
• Work with developers to deliver usable, responsive, accessible software products
• Support developer handoff and implementation review
• Verify personal ownership of delivered product designs and readiness to walk through work

• 4+ years in UI/UX or product design
• Independently designed software products used by real users, with a portfolio showing personal contribution, user journeys and design decisions
• Strong hands-on Figma experience, including interactive prototypes and creating or adapting reusable components and design systems
• Experience using user feedback or usability testing to improve designs
• Experience working with developers to deliver responsive, accessible interfaces
• Core skills: Product design, UI/UX design, Figma, user journeys, prototyping, design systems, usability testing
• Nice to have: Experience designing enterprise applications, analytics dashboards or other data-heavy products
• Nice to have: Previous frontend development experience or practical HTML/CSS knowledge
