Freelance Graphic Designer – AI Training

• Rate design samples for typography, visual hierarchy, design execution, color, layout, and overall polish
• Follow detailed rubrics to maintain consistent ratings across high volumes of design samples
• Identify flaws in slides, from minor font-size issues to major issues requiring full reconstruction
• Edit flawed slides using other slides as references to improve cohesion
• Flag edge cases and unclear examples
• Rate and edit provided samples rather than create original designs

• Education in design or arts (degree or certificate)
• 2+ years of experience as a graphic designer, SMM specialist, or marketing professional
• Strong grasp of composition, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and overall design effectiveness
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks
• Openness to feedback and recalibration
• Design review, art direction, or QA experience (nice to have)
• Experience with Figma, Sketch, or other modern design tools (nice to have)
• Prior data annotation or AI training experience (nice to have)
