Logistics Supervisor

• Coordinate and optimize the flow of materials, products, and information across the supply chain
• Lead logistics activities
• Ensure service excellence
• Drive process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and customer satisfaction
• Lead meaningful initiatives and influence operational performance

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations
• Previous leadership experience as a Coordinator or Supervisor
• Fluent English is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms, preferably SAP
• Experience in inventory management, inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and stock control processes
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, or similar) highly desirable
• Excellent organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of logistics KPIs, warehousing best practices, and supply chain optimization
