Operations Manager, Airbnb

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
• Create, list, and optimize property listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO
• Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue
• Manage bookings and guest relations
• Handle messages, check-ins, and disputes
• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays
• Prospect for new property owners
• Build a portfolio of managed properties
• Potentially recruit City Managers through the referral program and earn commissions on their business activity

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships
