Operations Manager, Property Concierge Services

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
• Create, manage, and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO
• Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue for each property
• Manage bookings and guest relations, including messaging, check-ins, and dispute resolution
• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays
• Prospect for new property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties
• Build a portfolio of properties managed within the ALB network
• Potentially recruit City Managers through the referral program and earn commissions on their activity

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
• Experience in real estate, sales, hairdressing, management, hospitality, or any other sector is welcome
