AI Engineer – Agentic Systems, LLM Services

• Design, build, and ship production AI services in Python using FastAPI and async programming
• Build multi-agent systems and LLM-powered pipelines for document processing, chatbots, and CRM automation
• Develop and maintain MCP servers and integrations for safe, well-scoped access to company systems
• Build retrieval and ingestion pipelines involving document parsing, chunking, embeddings, and vector search over AWS storage
• Evaluate and improve quality through benchmarks, regression tests, real-case replay, and prompt/playbook iteration
• Operate production systems through containerized deployments, observability, authentication, and PII-safe data handling
• Contribute to AI governance by maintaining lifecycle records, documenting risks and decisions, and supporting ISO evidence
• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to ensure consistency, impact, and momentum

• 3+ years of software engineering experience in backend/Python
• At least 1 year building LLM-based applications in production
• Strong Python skills: FastAPI, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy/Alembic, async programming, pytest
• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks, LiteLLM or similar gateways, tool/function calling, MCP, and RAG with vector databases
• Experience with Docker, AWS S3 and related services, CI/CD, and observability tooling
• Sound judgment regarding data privacy and security
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Experience with Salesforce, Atlassian APIs, or HR/payroll/global-employment domain data is a bonus
• Experience with closed-weight/open-weight models, PII anonymization, or AI governance frameworks is a bonus
• Experience with Python, Node.js, or TypeScript is a bonus
• Track record of building LLM evaluation harnesses or benchmarks is a bonus
