SAP HCM Consultant – Nationwide

• Prepare requirements analyses, solution concepts, and architectures for SAP HCM on-premises solutions and/or SAP SuccessFactors
• Support customers with the implementation and operation of complex SAP HCM or SuccessFactors solutions
• Independently manage and support customers in the SAP HCM or SuccessFactors environment
• Provide consulting, customization, and configuration services

• Completed university degree or equivalent professional experience in computer science or human resources
• Several years of professional experience in SAP HCM
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Payroll (including schemas and rules), Time Management (including schemas and rules), Travel Management, Organizational Management, Talent Management, or one or more SuccessFactors modules
• ABAP skills are a plus
• Persuasive presence, structured approach, and confident communication skills
• High level of responsibility, business acumen, and initiative
• Very good German language skills
• Good English language skills
• Willingness to travel is required
