QA Engineer

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test procedures to ensure application quality
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other team members to understand requirements, functionality, and expected use cases
• Identify, log, document, and track bugs and other quality issues
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to validate the application
• Participate in requirements specification reviews and project planning sessions
• Establish and promote QA process best practices
• Assist in defining quality metrics and KPIs and ensure that targets are achieved

• Proven experience as a QA Analyst or in a similar role on medium- and large-scale projects
• Knowledge of QA tools and processes, including end-to-end testing and BDD
• Familiarity with test management and bug-tracking tools
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Critical-thinking and analytical skills to solve complex problems
• Intermediate English proficiency for reading and writing technical documentation and communicating with global teams
• Preferred: Knowledge of test automation tools such as Bruno, Selenium, Playwright, Cucumber, and Cypress
• Preferred: Knowledge of creating test plans in Azure DevOps
