Solutions Architecture Lead

• Guide customers through the architecture, design, and delivery of complex technical projects from initial conversation through project go-live
• Join engagements during pre-sales and help define solution architecture and migration strategy
• Own planning, estimation, and risk assessment for bidding and contracting
• Lead customer onboarding and migration
• Hand customers over smoothly to a business-as-usual setup after project completion
• Lead planning and delivery for existing customers' new integrations or complex initiatives
• Serve as the senior strategic and technical voice for customers
• Translate complex requirements into clear, achievable plans
• Manage multiple client engagements and communicate status
• Run workshops and enablement sessions for varied audiences

• Experience in a technical consulting, solutions engineering, or client delivery role, ideally in e-mobility, B2B SaaS or infrastructure software
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
• Comfortable running workshops and enablement sessions for technical and non-technical audiences
• Skilled at translating ambiguous client needs into concrete, actionable technical plans
• Fluent English plus French and/or German
• Availability to travel and meet prospects and customers regularly
• Hands-on experience with REST API integrations
• Confidence with network and connectivity troubleshooting, including firewalls, TLS certificates, and WebSocket connections
• Cloud infrastructure awareness and understanding of SaaS platform structure and failure propagation
• Programming knowledge sufficient to read code, use and contribute to internal tools, and use AI to script solutions
• Familiarity with eRoaming hubs such as Hubject or Gireve (advantage)
• Experience leading or supporting data migration projects (advantage)
• Familiarity with Energy Management (advantage)
• Additional language skills (advantage)
