Sales Representative

• Present Abbott’s innovative FreeStyle Libre glucose product portfolio and its associated digital ecosystem to maximize revenue
• Strategically analyze assigned accounts within the territory and develop the sales strategy
• Expand and strengthen existing customer relationships through regular customer visits and various communication channels
• Continuously monitor the market and competitive landscape
• Report via the CRM system and derive appropriate sales actions
• Work closely with Medical, Market Access, and Marketing
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop effective regional Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management
• Sell diabetes products in the Greifswald and Neuenkirchen region

• Completed degree in business administration, natural sciences, or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, initial field sales experience with a medical technology, pharmaceutical, or FMCG company; alternatively, recent graduates with an interest in sales
• Analytical mindset and ability to derive effective sales actions
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of digital applications and processes
• Results-oriented, structured, and resilient approach to work
• Strong problem-solving skills and a winning mindset
• Team player with a high degree of initiative, energy, and enthusiasm
• Ability to operate confidently in a rapidly changing and highly competitive market
• Very good command of German and English
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time
