• Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
• Provide sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
• Define sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for assigned markets
• Align sales strategies with marketing initiatives and product positioning
• Conduct deep dives into specific investment themes
• Prepare concise briefing notes ahead of earnings releases
• Summarize conference presentations and industry events
• Assist in evaluating new investment opportunities
• Maintain a live one-page dashboard for each company covering the business overview, investment thesis, key risks, key catalysts, leading indicators, latest management commentary, competitor updates, important news, upcoming events, and quarterly KPI tracking

• MBA in Finance
• Excellent reading comprehension
• Strong written communication, with the ability to simplify complex information
• High attention to detail
• Strong Excel skills
• Comfortable use of AI tools for research
• Basic understanding of financial statements
• Curiosity and independent thinking
• CFA is a plus, not mandatory
