Marketing Specialist

• Lead multiple complex proposals simultaneously, managing each project from kickoff through submission and interview preparation
• Develop clear, persuasive proposal content from technical staff input
• Use graphics and callouts to improve readability and communicate key information
• Produce proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and introductory brochures
• Maintain accurate and consistent project information, resumes, and firm data across internal systems
• Improve proposal processes, templates, and workflows
• Train and mentor junior team members on proposal tools and workflows

• 4+ years of experience producing proposals and marketing materials, ideally within professional services
• Strong written and spoken English skills
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in InDesign, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Experience using AI tools in professional workflows
• Background in real estate, construction, or design is a plus
• Advanced English (C1+)
