• Lead and develop two engineering teams, working closely with Product, Design, and Data

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Background in software development
• Experience managing people and leading engineering teams
• Experience with distributed, large-scale, and highly available systems
• Knowledge of systems architecture and engineering best practices
• Experience working in cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and Data
• Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels of the organization
• Ability to make data-driven decisions focused on business impact
