Senior Fullstack Engineer, DP Practice Adoption Team

• Build frontend and backend features required for USBS certification
• Translate regulatory requirements into simple, compliant product decisions and validate them with doctors and the local team
• Integrate Doctoralia Practice with Turkish national health systems, including e-Nabız, ÇKYS, T.C. Kimlik No. validation, and SBYS
• Design secure, auditable systems covering authentication, access control, audit logging, encryption, and data residency
• Serve as the technical reference for Turkish health regulation
• Prepare for and support the Ministry audit with the local team
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams across Spain and LATAM
• Track adoption and impact after shipping
• Contribute to code reviews, automated testing, monitoring, and documentation

• 5+ years building production web applications as a fullstack engineer
• Product mindset and experience owning features from problem to outcome
• Strong backend fundamentals: API design, relational databases, and third-party/government integrations
• Solid frontend experience with a modern framework
• Experience with authentication, 2FA, access control, audit logs, and encryption
• Experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS, CI/CD, and containers
• Daily use of AI coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code
• Professional English (B2+)
• Native Turkish
• Experience with Turkish Ministry of Health compliance frameworks, specifically USBS and MBYS/HBYS certification processes is a strong plus
• Experience integrating with e-Nabız, ÇKYS, or other Ministry systems is a strong plus
• Health-tech, EHR, or telehealth experience is a strong plus
• Knowledge of KVKK is a strong plus
