Senior SAP PP Consultant – S/4HANA Rollout

• Analyse existing manufacturing processes and gather business requirements in collaboration with key users
• Design and configure SAP PP processes in SAP S/4HANA
• Support the Swiss SAP rollout and replacement of an existing ERP system
• Conduct fit-gap analyses and align requirements with the existing SAP template
• Map and optimise bills of materials, routings, work centres, production orders, and confirmations
• Support the integration of SAP PP with adjacent modules such as MM, SD, and CO
• Provide functional support for data migration and coordinate necessary adjustments with the development team
• Support testing, user acceptance, go-live, and subsequent stabilisation

• Several years of hands-on experience as an SAP PP Consultant, ideally with SAP S/4HANA
• Strong knowledge of SAP PP Customizing and manufacturing process mapping
• Experience with bills of materials, routings, work centres, production orders, and confirmations
• Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, or transformation projects
• Understanding of SAP PP integration with adjacent SAP modules, particularly MM and CO
• Ability to gather and structure business requirements and translate them into pragmatic SAP solutions
• Independent, structured working style and experience collaborating with business departments and key users
• Excellent German and good English skills for project communication
• Desirable: Experience with SAP S/4HANA template rollouts or brownfield conversions
• Desirable: Knowledge of data migration, for example using the SAP Migration Cockpit
• Desirable: Experience with SAP EWM or in-depth integration processes between PP, MM, SD, and CO
• Desirable: Knowledge of discrete manufacturing, small-batch production, or make-to-order manufacturing
• Desirable: Experience in the manufacture of pipes, hoses, or linear products
• Desirable: Knowledge of Sage or other ERP systems used by mid-sized companies
• Freelance or self-employed status

• Freelance contract with a 10-month term
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Fully remote worldwide
