Senior Sales Specialist, Gastro, Immunology

• Assure consistent sales achievement in the assigned territory
• Provide quality products and services and develop technical and selling skills
• Identify business opportunities while maintaining existing business
• Analyze territory and market potential and track sales and status reports
• Develop and execute approved sales plans and product sales strategies
• Maintain regular customer contact to meet customer needs and territory sales targets
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Collect and provide market intelligence to management
• Ensure territory activities comply with AbbVie standards and Code of Conduct
• Develop and maintain territory and customer records
• Attend regular departmental meetings
• Deliver product knowledge and promotional messages through customer segmentation
• Handle key issues and interact with customers using effective selling skills
• Manage key stakeholders and opinion leaders
• Plan and execute 90-day territory management plans
• Manage territory resources and use SFE tools to collect and analyze customer data and visit records

• Immunology experience is preferred
• Strong professional knowledge, selling skills, territory management and execution
• Ability to motivate and influence others, including those without direct authority
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, uncertainty and risk and make high-quality decisions with less than perfect information
