Head of Mobile Security

• Provide technical and disciplinary leadership and organizational oversight for the Mobile Security team
• Plan and manage tasks, development projects, and resources
• Establish clear priorities and deploy team members effectively
• Take responsibility for ticket and task allocation
• Support the team’s professional development and expand innovative technology expertise
• Help shape the technical implementation and ongoing development of Mobile Security components and modules
• Ensure regular reporting on relevant topics, progress, and developments
• Foster open, respectful collaboration
• Facilitate conflicts constructively and with a solution-oriented approach

• Experience providing technical and disciplinary leadership to software development teams in the security domain
• Several years of experience in software development
• Ideally, solid knowledge of C++ and/or Rust
• Experience managing development projects and planning and prioritizing tasks and resources
• Strong understanding of software architectures, technical interdependencies, and modern technologies
• Structured, self-directed, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Confident, respectful communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
