Design Manager

• Lead the overall design management process from concept development through construction documentation and execution
• Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of design packages
• Review and validate architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design drawings for constructability and compliance
• Manage design schedules and monitor deliverables against project milestones
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, statutory regulations, and project specifications
• Conduct design review meetings and resolve interdisciplinary design clashes
• Collaborate with project execution teams to address site-related design issues
• Drive value engineering initiatives while maintaining design intent and quality standards
• Manage design changes, approvals, revisions, and documentation control
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and senior leadership on design decisions and project progress

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 15–18 years of experience in design management for large-scale commercial, hospitality, retail, or mixed-use developments
• Experience in CSD projects highly preferred
• Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP coordination
• Experience managing projects involving hotels, malls, and mixed-use developments
• Proficiency in design management processes, project coordination, and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with BIM, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other design coordination tools is desirable
• Experience with large-scale developments exceeding 1 Million Sq. Ft.
• Experience with 5-Star Hospitality Projects
• Experience with Shopping Malls and Retail Developments
• Experience with Mixed-Use Commercial Developments
• Experience working with reputed developers, PMC firms, or large EPC organizations
