Senior Go-to-Market Scaling Manager

• Own the performance and monetisation of Heartbeat AI in the German market
• Optimise pricing, packaging, positioning, and go-to-market execution
• Add new products and ensure customer-facing features gain visibility
• Identify underperforming monetisation and positioning areas and drive corrective action
• Develop understanding of Heartbeat AI unit economics in Germany
• Shape monetisation strategy across pricing, packaging, and the broader product suite
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Sales stakeholders
• Translate technical constraints into commercial decisions and commercial priorities into technical requirements
• Track German-market performance using data and convert insights into concrete actions
• Manage cross-functional initiatives across technology, sales, and marketing
• Report to the Go-to-Market Director
• Present performance updates to senior leadership and build the case for positioning or monetisation changes

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar commercial, product, or GTM role
• Ideally experience within the tech and energy industry
• Experience optimising an established market, including pricing, packaging, or positioning
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and dependencies end to end
• Strong grasp of unit economics and their impact on monetisation decisions
• Ability to translate margin and cost-structure insights into pricing and product strategy
• Comfortable working with Tech, Sales, and Marketing teams
• Fluent in sales/marketing and technology language
• Confidence presenting to executives and turning data and KPIs into decision-ready updates
• Native German and fluent English (C1/C2), written and verbal
• Knowledge of and experience in the German energy market is a plus, not a requirement
