Senior Frontend Engineer – Media Production

• Lead the design and implementation of a modern headless front-end architecture for a high-traffic global news platform
• Drive timely execution of key front-end releases for an early-next-year launch
• Define and advocate front-end engineering standards for code quality, component design, testing, and code reviews
• Own Core Web Vitals, SEO, accessibility, and page-speed performance across user-facing surfaces
• Integrate scalable headless CMS solutions with next-generation in-house backend APIs
• Mentor mid-level engineers and collaborate with engineering leadership on architectural direction
• Leverage and continuously refine AI-assisted and agentic engineering workflows

• 5+ years of senior-level front-end ownership on production systems
• Strong production experience with React and Next.js, including SSR, SSG, ISR, and App Router
• Fluent in TypeScript, using it as the main language
• Proven experience connecting front ends with headless CMS solutions and APIs
• Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals, CDNs, caching, and asset optimization
• Daily usage of AI coding tools and agentic workflows
• Professional fluency in English for daily work with a US team
• Must be based in Latin America, as indicated by the required application question and company team context
